Estes termos e condições aplicam-se à aplicação Sooty (aqui referida como "Aplicação") para dispositivos móveis que foi criada por Addevice LLC (aqui referida como "Fornecedor de Serviços") como um serviço gratuito.
Delivery
End Users will see their purchased eSIMs under the "My eSIMs" section within the Sooty website and/or the Sooty mobile apps:
After a successful purchase, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. All installation instructions and activation details will be available in the user's Sooty account.
Business Users can manage eSIMs and top-ups via the Sooty Partner Platform, tailored to meet business needs with streamlined deployment and monitoring tools.
Sooty provides flexible delivery and integration options depending on the service and customer type.
Refund / Cancellation / Modification Policy
Customers may request a refund or replacement if unable to use the service due to a verified error by Sooty. Requests must be made within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued if the issue is resolved within that timeframe.
Customers must assist in troubleshooting. No refund will be issued if the customer fails to cooperate. Refunds are not provided for unused data after the package expires.
Additional terms include:- Compensation: No refund for charges from other SIMs, providers, or unrelated services.
- Fraudulent Purchases: Accounts linked to fraud or abuse will be denied refunds and may be suspended.
- Unauthorized Purchases: Must be reported immediately. Investigations may apply.
- Accidental Purchases: eSIMs are considered used after installation. No refunds post-installation.
- Incorrect Charges: Must be reported within 10 days with detailed explanation.
- Replacements: eSIMs bought using only promo credits may be replaced within 10 days.
- Other Cases: Reviewed individually. Approved refunds may include a processing fee. Refunds never exceed original payment amount.
To request a refund, contact Sooty support via in-app chat or web chat. Additional documentation may be required.
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as account credit. Processing may take up to 30 business days.
Customers who purchased through a third-party reseller must contact the reseller directly for refunds.
Business Users may receive refunds via Sooty account credits or credit notes, which can be applied to future purchases.
Prepaid Transactions for Business Users
Business Users on the Sooty platform use a credit-based system. They purchase Sooty Credits to buy eSIMs and top-ups.
1. Purchasing Sooty CreditsBusinesses can pay via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or electronic gateways. Multiple payment methods support flexibility across global markets.
2. Using Sooty CreditsOnce credited, Business Users can purchase any Sooty product or service. This system aligns telecom usage with business cycles and budget planning.

Alterações aos presentes Termos e Condições
O Fornecedor de Serviços pode atualizar periodicamente os seus Termos e Condições. Por conseguinte, aconselha-se o utilizador a rever esta página regularmente para verificar eventuais alterações. O Fornecedor de Serviços notificá-lo-á de quaisquer alterações, publicando os novos Termos e Condições nesta página.
